Do Deuce Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Do Deuce! We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer. You may use the courier service of your choice for the return shipment.
Returns need to be made within 14 days
Return Instructions:
- Send us an email at - info@dodeuce.com: with your order number and indicate the clothes you want to return
- Return address: You will then be provided with the address for the return
- Choose a courier: of your choice and create a label
- Pack and Ship: Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit. After receiving the label, return the product within seven days and inform us of the tracking number of this shipment if you do not use our return sticker.
- Proof of Delivery: You will receive a proof of delivery, which also states the tracking number.

I have received a product that is damaged.
All products that are shipped are checked in advance for operation and possible damage. In the unlikely event that you do receive a product that is damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours of receipt. You will then receive a shipping label with which you can return the package free of charge.
